Your MLC Accounts
When you are at MLC you have a couple of different accounts:
- MLC Account
- MLC Google Apps Account
MLC Account
Your MLC Account is also sometimes called one of the following:
- Portal Account
- Moodle Account
- Novell Account
Your MLC Account is the main account that protects much of your data and information. This password will change periodcally and you will be prompted to do so when logging into Portal, Moodle, or the Novell network on campus.
What You Can Access
Change Password
If you need to change your password, you'll need to request a password change from Network Services staff at this time.
MLC Google Apps Account
Your MLC Google Apps Account gives you access to all of the services offered from our Google Apps for Education subscription. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Google Sites
- YouTube
- Google Plus
- Google Classroom
- Google Groups
Change Password
Google asks you to setup a recovery email account in case you forget your Google password. Please do so. You can submit a support request for help if you do not remember your password and do not have access to that account or never setup a recovery account.
