What about my gaming console? Microsoft did not include a web browser on their popular game consoles, so the traditional way of registering your device will not work. Sometimes you will have issues even with consoles which include a browser. In those cases, please send us a support request with the following information:

• Your name
• Your MLC username
• Current dorm and room number
• Type of console of device
• MAC address for the wired port on the device

We can then get it registered for you. If you are connecting through a properly configured and registered wireless router, then you should not need to register your console.

We do not currently support some of the functions of devices like the Apple TV on the MLC network at this time. Follow the same steps as above in order to get in touch with us to have your device registered. As well, if you are connecting through a properly configured and registered wireless router, then you should not need to register your media player.
