Network Services maintains 2 wireless networks in public locations, classrooms, and staff areas. There currently is no campus wireless network in individual dorm rooms.

• The MLC Guest WLAN is an unsecured connection available to anyone on campus. It allows access to the internet. Ask any faculty member, the receptionist, or contact Network Services for the current password. They can access the current passcode by visiting the Network Guest Codes page on the MLC Portal. All computing devices with a web browser are supported on this network.
• The MLC Academic WLAN requires secured (encrypted) connections for faculty, staff, and students. It requires an MLC Account username and password to connect and provides access to the internal Novell network as well as the internet.
