-==== Summer 2017 Filr and Microsoft Office 2016 Bug on Windows ====
-Summer 2017 has surfaced a bug (or multiple bug) with how Filr interacts with Microsoft Office 2016 but we are not sure if this is due to an update to Filr or an update to Office 2016 at this time. We are working with the engineers at Micro Focus to fix these bugs at this time (updated August 4, 2017).
-These bugs can manifest in a number of ways:
-  * Create a new document in an Office 2016 application (Word, PowerPoint, Exel, etc.) and then attempt to save into any folder within Filr results in a 0K document which cannot be opened.
-  * Attempting to save changes to a document using the //Save as ...// functionality within an Office 2016 application results in error messages and no saved changes.
-There are possibly other conditions, but these are the two commonly affecting users. Documents currently inside of Filr are able to be opened, modified, and saved as normal as long as the two conditions above are not met.
-=== Workarounds ===
-Workarounds for this issue include the following:
-  * Save a new document, or the //Save as ...// document copy, to your Desktop, close the Office 2016 application, then copy-and-paste the document from your Desktop to the appropriate folder in Filr.
-  * Have Network Services install the Open Enterprise Server Client on your machine so that you can log into the OES file servers (will only work when on campus and connected to the physical network or the MLC Academic WLAN).
-After the document has been moved to the appropriate folder within Filr, you can open and modify the document using the standard //Save// functionality.
